We offer more than just a standard letting service and are happy to tailor our services to suit your requirements. The lettings team is available 6 days a week to answer any questions you may have about renting out your property.



Managing Director

Steven really made a name for himself as Director of Brands Home & Leisure, which he bought through an MBO in the 1990's, transforming it into a company turning over £30m. Supplying all the major High Street retailers. He later sold to an overseas company.

With the capital gained from the company sale, he decided to setup Management 47 Ltd, to specialize in investment property and thus becoming a full time landlord and generating a large portfolio.

The landlord experience was a steep 10 year learning curve, which accumulated in buying Executive Lets from the previous owners in July 2014, the business is now going from strength to strength. It is now the largest dedicated letting agent in North Leeds.

As a portfolio landlord himself Steven is more than happy to offer advice on where and what type of property to invest, rental yields and BTL mortgages. He also has extensive HMO experience.

Commercial Director

Tracy has worked in the Property industry for 18 Years. Having played a big part in promoting and marketing the Leeds “city living” back in 2002, Tracy also has a successful background in advertising and marketing, having worked at Yorkshire Post Newspapers for 7 years. She has also worked with many key property developers and has spent the last 11 years working in the letting industry, specializing in the North Leeds rental market. Tracy is on hand to advise you on all aspects of the letting industry.

Carl Toulson

Operations Director

Carl has over 10 years experience in the property industry, specializing in business to business to the residential Letting Market.

Carl founded Scarlett Property Services over 7 years ago, supplying services to over 50 Letting Agencies throughout Leeds and West Yorkshire, dealing with furniture supplies, property refurbishments, repairs and general maintenance.

Executive Lets have used Scarlett Property Services for many years and have always been more then impressed with the high level of professionalism, experience and price competitiveness. As Executive Lets began to grow we soon realized we needed a dedicated maintenance team, so we could provide the best possible service to our Tenants and Landlords. After speaking with Carl at Scarlett Property Services they agreed to handle all our maintenance work, including tenant response.

Working with Carl and his team at Scarlett has proved to be a great success, we have happy Tenants and Landlords as working with one service supplier means our lead and response times have more than halved.

Having worked closely with Carl over the last year, we believe his valuable input has massively improved our business and customer service, so much so we asked him to come on board on a more permanent basis. Along with running a successful property maintenance business he is now the Operations Director for Executive Lets, in charge of running the maintenance team, also advising Landlord/Investors on property investments and refurbishments.


Tammy Robertshaw

Office Manager

Tammy joined Executive Lets in July 2015, to work as part of the Finance Team, she plays an integral role and is responsible for Managing Landlords accounts, Tenants accounts & Contractors accounts.

Tammy has a customer service and public service background and has worked for AKA Case Management, BIRT, and the NHS in radiology.

Tammy soon became very efficient in the collection of rent and payments to Landlords and very quickly built up a great report with our Customers. We were so impressed with her quick ability to lean and how well she performed in the role that we soon asked her to become the office manager.

Tammy’s outside interests are, socializing, reading, films and wine.



Financial Administrator

Leah has recently joined our accounting team on an apprenticeship with Kaplan Financial studying the AAT qualification (Association of Accounting Technicians).

She really enjoys accountancy and is very passionate about it. Leah has had her heart set on accountancy since she first learnt about accountancy in year 10. She went on to study maths and applied business at A-level at Prince Henry’s Grammar School. However, she soon realized that A-levels and university wasn’t for her and that an apprenticeship is the best way to becoming an account after doing some research. She then left her A-levels after the first year and went to Babington Business College and studied Level 2 AAT on a Traineeship

She is now here with us studying Level 3 and we are very happy to have her. As a new member of our accounting team she is working hard and picks up on new tasks very quickly.

Leah has a very interesting hobby of darts. She is currently captain of the Yorkshire Youth Darts Team. As an out of work activity Leah really enjoys her darts, playing multiple times a week in different competitions and leagues. Leah has participated in some of the major BDO darts competitions over the UK, such as British Open, and Winmau World Masters. Next year Leah is looking to take her darts abroad and play in the major competitions abroad, such as the Turkish Open, and Belgium Open.
